These included significant inconsistencies between batches in texture, shine, and smoothness; tangling, dryness, and frizz after use; excessive shedding or loosening; unstable colors and easy fading; noticeable color differences between batches of the same shade; uneven coloration from roots to ends; unstable delivery times; and inadequate after-sales support, sometimes accompanied by suppliers shifting responsibility.

These experiences not only reduced operational efficiency, but also consumed our clients’ time and trust. It was from this background that we came to clearly understand that, in order to create long-term value and build stable, lasting partnerships, product quality must always come first. At the same time, responsive, transparent, and responsible after-sales service is equally essential.
